Coaching Session

One topic.
One session.

Around 90 minutes for what is on your mind right now.

A Coaching Session gives you space to untangle a specific issue, explore new perspectives and work out what your next step could be.

Sometimes you don’t need a whole journey. You need the right space for one question.

How does a single Coaching Session work?

A single Coaching Session starts with your topic and what you would like to take away from our conversation.

We look at what is happening, untangle it, shift perspectives and use the questions, exercises or prompts that fit your topic. At the end, we look at what has become clearer and what you want to do with it.

The method follows the topic.

Quick answers

Questions about the Coaching Session.

Who is a single Coaching Session for?

A single Coaching Session is for people who want to reflect on a specific issue, make sense of a situation or develop a next step.

Do I need to know my coaching goal already?

No, you do not need to know your coaching goal exactly. At the start, we clarify what is on your mind and what would make the conversation useful for you.

What topics can I work on in a Coaching Session?

In a Coaching Session, you can work on professional or personal topics such as decisions, leadership situations, difficult conversations, career changes, priorities or questions where you currently feel stuck.

Do I have to book more sessions afterwards?

No, you do not have to book any further sessions. This conversation may be enough. It may also uncover another topic or make you want to continue. We do not need to decide that in advance.

What is the difference between a Coaching Session and a Journey?

A Coaching Session focuses on a current issue in one conversation of around 90 minutes. A Journey supports your development across five sessions, giving you more space to try things, reflect and continue developing.
