Quick answers
Questions about the Leadership Journey.
Who is the Leadership Journey for?
The Leadership Journey is for leaders who want to reflect on their leadership, develop further or work on a specific challenge.
- You are new to leadership or have moved from team member to team leader.
- You want to develop your own leadership style or better understand your impact.
- You want to reflect on communication, feedback, delegation or responsibility.
- You are facing conflict, difficult conversations, decisions or change.
- You have been leading for some time and want to make space for your development.
You do not need to know exactly what you want to work on yet. Finding that out can already be part of the Leadership Journey.
Is the Leadership Journey also suitable for new leaders?
Yes. Starting out in leadership often raises questions about your role, expectations and your own leadership style, so the Leadership Journey is also suitable for new leaders.
Do I need a specific coaching goal already?
No, you do not need a specific coaching goal to start the Leadership Journey. In session 1, we explore where you are now and what you would like to change.
What topics can we explore in leadership coaching?
Topics may include leadership style, understanding your role, communication, feedback, delegation, conflict, decisions, self-leadership or specific situations with your team.
What happens between sessions?
Between sessions, you put insights into practice in your day-to-day leadership, try out new ways of acting and observe what changes.
Your next step
What would you like to move forward in your leadership?
You may already know what you want to work on. Or you may want to find out. Either is a good place to start.
